Situated in the Parco Nazionale del Gran Sasso e Monti della Laga, the B&B is part of a building made of 3 flats. It's arranged on 2 levels: the first one is composed by a living room (with a fireplace) and a kitchen; the second floor is made of a bathroom and 2 bedrooms (a single-sleeping one and a double-sleeping one ) both paved with parquet. The house, build up in 1929, was totally renewed in 2007; old fashion features, as the characteristic ceiling in the living room made of bricks and visible rafters, were kept though. It's the perfect place to go on holiday with your family.

L'Oasi is a Bed & Breakfast located in the city of Pescara in the Abruzzi regione, in a small residence constituted of two ground floors and a mansard, newly built and close to the sea!
The structure includes independent miniflats with one or two bedrooms. Each miniflat has his own living room with a kitchenette, bedroom(s) bathroom and a little terrace. Each miniflat has air conditioning system, TV with DVD-player, private bathroom with phon and Wi-Fi internet connection.
The structure is reachable in a few minutes from the airport or the railway station via metropolitan but, the bus stop is just in front of the residence!
The miniflats are completely autonomous. They have independed entrance so guests can access their own flat at every time independently.
