At a stone’s throw from the crystal-clear Ionian Sea of Campomarino (Taranto) in Apulia stands the new four-star hotel 'Grand Hotel Dei Cavalieri' with classical Mediterranean architectural lines.
It was opened in August 2009 and it's the first of 'Cavallo Group Hotels Chain' followed by other four-star structures placed on the Apulian territory. These hotels arises from the exigence to include under a single brand the idea of hospitality at 360°.
Both the hotels and the business centre show our answer to the modern exigences of those travellers who are looking for the elegance and the refinement typical of a four-star service.
It consists of a central structure with 69 rooms located on three floors and 8 small houses on the outside with lawn, each one consisting of 4 bed-sitting rooms with 3 or 4 beds; in all the hotel has 101 elegantly furnished rooms.
All rooms and bed-sitting rooms are equipped with every facility of a four-star hotel, such as flat screen colour TV, mini-bar, air conditioning/heating, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, and so they can accommodate both the most demanding tourist and the businessman.
A rich buffet breakfast together with our chefs' excellent culinary ability allow to delight even the most exigent palates.
A wonderful outdoor swimming pool, with Iacuzzi, foreshore, beach mattresses and umbrellas set in a quiet oasis among dry-stone walls, palms, bananas and lawn, is for the exclusive use of hotel guests.
The private beach with Caribbean colours and very fine sand is only 800 metres away and it is equipped with beach umbrellas and mattresses, easily accessible by our shuttle bus service.
The sea, mostly smooth during the whole summertime, allows our guests to spend their holidays from May to October thanks to the warm climate of this land.
Baby and junior club with a soft animation, prevalently in the evening, cheer up our guests’ days.
Our geographical position enables to make excursions to Alberobello, Martina Franca, Cisternino, Ostuni and Locorotondo, typical towns totally immersed in the Valle D’ Itria (Valley of Itria), Lecce with its splendid churches and houses in the baroque style, and to the National Museum of Magna Graecia in Taranto.
