THE LOCATION

Situated only 3 km from Lecces Old Town, in a quiet and green residential area far from the chaotic city traffic, stands the elegant white villa that houses the B&B CAVALLINO, a place where you can enjoy your holiday in freedom, relax and make the most of the warm and welcoming atmosphere.
From our B&B, you can easily reach the Ionian and the Adriatic coasts via free-flowing expressway.
Delightful seaside towns, such as Otranto and Gallipoli and also other settlements in the hinterland like the tiny Grecìa Salentina villages, Maglie and Galatina are also only a short distance away. All this without missing out on the vibrant city of Lecce, beautiful and lively in both winter and summer. With its many Baroque churches and ancient buildings, its a truly fascinating place.

THE ACCOMMODATION

Our B&B offers guests attractive, self-contained apartments, lovingly cared for by the owners and equipped with every conceivable comfort. Each apartment has its own kitchenette, a spacious living-room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a private bathroom with shower, TV, air conditioning, heating and spacious terraces where you can take your breakfast or evening meal, or simply just relax.
Private parking, a lovely garden and the hosts friendly, but unobtrusive attention round off the range of services this elegant B&B provides.


THE OWNERS

May we introduce ourselves: we are Paola and Paolo, B&B CAVALLINOs owners and managers. We live on the ground floor of the house, but the apartments are located on the first floor. Our guests can then enjoy the freedom to come and go as they please, but, at the same time, they can rely on our constant availability and assistance. In addition, we are always happy to suggest sightseeing itineraries, plus wine and gastronomic tours, to match their interests.

Rates

The maximum price applies only in August, when the minimum stay is 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday. During the other months of the year, the minimum stay is 2 nights.
Children up to 3 years of age stay free of chrge.

Facilities

Where we are

	By car: take the Brindisi-Lecce expressway (SS 16). Before you arrive in Lecce, turn right on to the "Tangenziale Est" (the ring road that by-passes Lecce). On the south side of the Tangenziale, take the exit N. 11: CASTROMEDIANO. Always follow signs to Castromediano, not Cavallino. At the end of the exit slip road, you'll see an Agip petrol station on your left. Continue past the petrol station for about 50 metres and then take a sharp left turn up Viale M.T. Cicerone. You will pass a Ford garage on the right-hand side. Carry straight on at the crossroads by the Daewoo car showroom. Beyond the crossroads, follow the road around to the left and our Bed & Breakfast is on the right on PIAZZA VIRGILIO MARONE (n. 8). We are only 3 km from the centre of Lecce. We suggest you take this route to avoid the chaotic city traffic. The old town of Lecce is very close. once you are here, we'll explain the best way to reach it.
	By plane : from/to Brindisi airport, a shuttle service much cheaper than a normal taxi is available to guests. Car rental :all the main car rental companies are based at Brindisi airport and in Lecce. If you want to explore the beautiful towns in the Salentine penisula, we suggest you rent a car.
	By train: from/to Lecce train station. We will arrange a free shuttle service.
