Discounts are available for long stays and for groups e/o families.
High season: July and August. Christmas and Easter. Festivity and Long week-ends.
To make the booking upon receipt of confirmation of availability it is necessary to pay a deposit of 30% of the entire sum due for the period of stay booked, by bank transfer or postal cheque. The remainder is to be paid in cash on arrival.
The client will have the possibility to cancel:
Within 30 days before the expected date of arrival 30% of the deposit will be held.
Within 10 days before the expected date of arrival 50% of the deposit will be held.
Within 3 days before the expected date of arrival 100% of the deposit will be held.
At the moment of paying the deposit the aforesaid conditions are accepted.

Where we are

	BY CAR Follow Motorway A14 to Bari and take Motorway SS379 Brindisi/Lecce to Lecce. In Lecce keep going straight on until you reach Viale De Pietro; at the second crossroads turn left into Via Porcigliano. After around 100m’s you’re in Piazza G. Verdi, then on the right, number 17, you will find the B&B "Piazza Verdi".
	BY PLANE Landing at Brindisi, there’s the shuttle bus service from the air-terminal to Lecce.
	BY TRAIN Trains arrive in Lecce from all the main stations in Italy; once you get off the train it is possible to catch a taxi or use public transport to get to Bed and Breakfast Piazza Verdi in a few minutes. By car, go out of the Railway Station and go straight to Viale O. Quarta and once you reach the traffic lights you can either: - turn right along Viale Gallipoli and then once you reach the next set of traffic lights light turn left into Viale Otranto; continue straight on along Via Cavallotti and Via S. Francesco d’Assisi until you find Via Piave on your right; once in Piazza G. Verdi, on the right you’ll find number 17, the Bed and Breakfast "Piazza Verdi"; - turn left along Viale Gallipoli and once you arrive at the crossroads turn right into Viale dell’Università; go straight on along Via Calasso and when you reach the second roundabout veer right into Viale Avenue De Pietro; at the second crossroads turn left into Via Porcigliano. After about 100m’s. you’ll be in Piazza G. Verdi, and on the right you’ll find number 17, the B&B "Piazza Verdi".
