Biella is a city that extends to the outlet of the valleys of the Elvo, the Oropa and the Red deer. Connecting rod is from three city nuclei: Biella Piazzo, the high part, Piano Biella, on the right of the torrent Red deer and Chiavazza Biella on the opposite side.
