Placed in the amenity of a farm in Marina of Davoli, "The Calabrisella" it is an
agritourist from the charm everything rural. Surrounded by fruit trees, orange trees
and gardens, it is constituted by an only housing body inside which the rooms are
found turned for the agritourist with formula B&B or half pension and the salettes
restaurant of only beauty and ancient charm. The structure was once an old farmhouse
of country of which every particular fact of stone has been maintained to sight, niches,
little windows, floors in cooked rustic. The restructuring has valorized these elements
making functional and to norm what once was a country farm. To "The Calabrisella" every detail is broadly taken care of: they use foods and drinks in flat, glasses, cups rigorously of handicraft clay of the shops of Squillace.
The menu is typically Calabrian. The base breakfast of fresh milk, jams
done in house, juices and squeezes, coffee, the; the lunch or the supper to
homemade pasta, juices and typical meat sauce, vegetables and cultivated
vegetables in firm as peppers, aubergine done fried or full, courghettes, soups, olives and local meats among
which it detaches the spicy tripe and so many other goodness that a good chef prepares with the professional competence and the Calabrian tradition. The charm of "Calabrisella" has enriched from the presence of kitten and little dog, kids, hens and geese, turkeys and roosters that free and carefree they rummage in the outskirtses for the joy of children.
