The residence is located near the seaside town of Rossano in Calabria, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy
Half and full board is available every day , although booking is appreciated .
THE LODGINGS
The building has been restored using the typical local materials. There are: 7 bedrooms with bathroom, frigo-bar, cooler; one 4-beds-flat; one 6-beds-flat. The furnishings have been carefully chosen to respect the original countryside atmosphere.
THE RESTAURANT
The best organic products grown and produced in Calabria are used to prepare all the dishes. The wines are designation of origin and locally produced.
The dining room is caracterized by stone vaults dating back to the 18th century. In the outside square it is possible to relax and have a pizza in the evenings
The residence, is built on a 6-hectare-property and surrounded by orange, lemon and olive trees. Products from the local vegetable gardens are used to produce the organic food for the restaurant .
The needs and tastes of the guests are satisfied by a variety of activities and attractions.
On the residence you can use bicycles for free.
There is a children play area.
The big “Acquapark Odissea 2000” is just few miles away. At night the clubs and night clubs are an exciting way to end the day.
In the town of Rossano Calabro you can visit: the Diocesan Museum where the famous Codex Purpureus is conserved, the Pathirion which dates back to the 12th century A.D. and became the most important Norman monastery; the Panaghia, a church which dates back to the 11th century A.D. and St. Marco church with its eastern Byzantine orientation.
The Archeological Area of Castiglione di Paludi , surrounded by walls and with its imposing doors and circular guard towers is a very interesting example of military architecture of the great Greek settlements.

The residence is situated at Rossano – Calabria-, in the south of Italy.
By car take the A3 Salerno- Reggio Calabria and exit at Sibari then continue on the SS106 towards Rossano, when you reach contrada Foresta follow the directions for "Il Faro".
By train reach Sibari then take the local train for Rossano Calabro or Mirto.
By bus, connections are provided daily from all principal cities in Italy by two bus lines "SCURA" and "SIMET".
By airplane from the airports of Lamezia Terme or Crotone
