The house is situated at the heart of ' Old Village of the Bishop of Nocera Inferiore (Salerno). Anche se si trova in una zona ben collegata sia per muoversi in automobile che con mezzi pubblici, il quartiere in cui è immersa è molto tranquillo. Although located in an area well connected to both move by car or public transport, the neighborhood that surrounds it is very quiet.
The old town is easily reached on foot and the nearest supermarket is about 600 meters. Just 20 meters from the house there is the famed Restaurant Wine Cellar Bishop.
It 's a flat on the ground floor comprises two large rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom with laundry. With a height of two spacious internal compartments was originally a loft steel and wood on which is placed a bed.
The house was completely renovated recently and is rented furnished, complete with furnishings. The house has two entrances: one direct from the street, the other through the common hallway covered.
The house guests may use the common parts of the courtyard, enclosed by a gate and to which access only condominiums. The house guests can park one car inside the courtyard and can possibly use the covered porch for hanging laundry to dry.
