The “Villa La Quercia” guesthouse (in 1700 about) was a monastery with an oil press.
In 1913 Salvatore Cinque and Raffaella Cuccaro borrowed the building and the surrounding land carrying out farming and breeding activities.
In the sixties Luigi Cinque, the Salvatore and Raffaella's last-born, bought the property and moved to the United States.
In the first years of the nineties the owner and his nephew restored the “Casone”.
They were going to open up a touristic facility to offer the guests a genuine panoramic view, an ideal elimate and the traditional local hospitality.

From Rome and Naples:
From Naple,take the main road "A3" to Napoli - Salerno (Not Napoli). Exit at "Castellammare di Stabia", take the road SS 163 and follow the indications for Positano.
Once you are in Positano, follow the road to the "Montepertuso-Nocelle".
To the end of the road there is a big space for parking.
You take the scales that carry you to the center of the country.

At Salerno follow the Signs that takes you on the Amalfi Coast and than to Positano.
