Bed & Breakfast Antica Cascina San Geminiano used to be a dairy. It was the first dairy to be built in the area and it was used to make Parmesan cheese. It is situated on the provincial road that runs along the River Enza, close to San Geminiano village and its ancient Santa Felicola Abbey, half way between Parma and Reggio Emilia, 2 km far from Monticelli Terme with its well-known spa and fitness centre; 2 km far from Montechiarugolo with its medieval castle.
