The building stands in the heart of Nettuno, on a scenic stretch of coastline among the most beautiful in the tyrrhenian sea, about 50 km south of Rome, in the gulf of Anzio and Nettuno, where on 22 january 1944 anglo-american allied troops landed
The Hotel' s central location offers easy access to Nettuno's many historical, political and artistic places and attractions, including: the Town Hall, the Sangallo Fortress, the Astura Tower, the Medieval Village, the Sanctuary of St. Maria Goretti and N.S. Madonna delle Grazie, the American Monumental Cemetery, the English Cemetery, the Tourist Harbour, the Railway Station, the Beaches, the School for Public Security Inspectors.
