The B&B is nestled among vineyards and olive groves in the countryside in Castelli Romani Nature Park, far from every kind of pollution. The green surrounding afford a relaxing, pleasant stay in close contact with nature.
The location make it an ideal starting-point for tourist trips; from the local station you can be in Rome with frequent trains in only 20 minutes.
Drivers can visit the Castelli Romani Park area, steeped in history, culture and tradition, or follow the wine road to discover the excellent DOC vintage, or visit the coast, where the Circeo Nature Park and the WWF oasis offer magic moments to the nature-lover.

The price for the apartments include: linen and towels, final cleaning, gas, electricity, use of fully equipped kitchen, Internet WiFi connection. A change of towels is foreseen after the third night.
For the apartments a minimum stay of two nights is required.

Access by road: exit n°23 from the GRA (Rome Ring-Road) follow signposting for Albano on the Via Appia Nuova for Km 6,000, turn right onto road S.S. 207 Nettunense and after Km 14,800 turn left for Cisterna di Latina. After Km 1,300 turn left again along Via Passo della corte, and 1 km after turn right into Via degli Aceri.
From A1 Motorway Nord: Arrived to the Rome North fork, drive straight on following the direction to Napoli. Go along the motorway up to the indication "Roma-GRA-Aeroporti-Roma Sud-S.Cesareo", then turn right to Rome. After 3,5 Km leave the motorway at San Cesareo exit. Turn right following the direction "Rocca Priora/Montecompatri", after 300 mt turn left towards "Gaeta/Rocca Priora". After 2,5 Km at the roundabout drive on straight (slope road) for 2 Km and then turn left direction "Velletri/Artena/Vivaro" (SP 215). After 1,7 Km turn left at the traffic lights, continue for 1,5 Km and turn right on the SP217; follow on this road for 7,9 Km; arrived at the STOP turn right on Via dei Laghi; after 800 mt turn left direction "Nemi", continue for 4,6 Km. At the roundabout cross Via Appia and continue on the road for 400 mt; at the end of the road turn left and at the traffic lights continue straight following directions for Lanuvio. After 1,2 Km turn right direction Lanuvio; arrived at the village's square turn right on Via Roma and continue for 1,7 Km up to the traffic lights. Follow for 400 mt, at the roundabout turn left towards the Stadium. Follow the road for 800 mt and at the fork turn right. Continue for 2,4 Km and turn left on Via degli Aceri. After mt. 650, at your left, you will find the B&B (last house on the left side).
From A1 Motorway Sud: exit Valmontone, after the tollbooth turn left (SP 600) and continue for 3,3 Km. At the roundabout turn right direction "Lariano/Velletri", continue for 7,3 Km and turn left (after the IP petrol station) direction "Cori/Giulianello" (SP 64b). Go along for 3,2 Km and turn right direction "Velletri"; after 1,5 Km turn left on the SP Caranella (62a5) and continue for 5,5 Km. At the end of the road turn right and after 100 mt turn immediately at left direction "Nettuno" taking the SP87b "Via dei 5 Archi"; continue for 7,4 Km and at the traffic light turn right direction "Aprilia/Roma/Campoleone". Follow straight for 9,3 Km and, immediately after the railway bridge turn right on Via Passo della Corte, after 1Km turn right (third street) on Via degli Aceri. After mt. 650, at your left, you will find the B&B (last house on the left side).
Access by rail: from Rome Termini central station, a 20-minute ride to Campoleone.
