Casalpalocco, is a very quite green residential area on the outskirts of Rome located close to the seaside Ostia Lido yet well connected to Rome by public transport, the place to be for families with children, a swimming pool and playground are on the premisses. Other sports can be practiced in the neighbourhood such as: horse riding, golfing, tennis, sailing, surfing, swimming, walking, water skiing, wind surfing and cycling.

The distances to the main touristic resorts of Rome are as follows: historical center, 25 kms to be reached by underground or buses. Fiumicino Airport, 10 minutes by train. Archeological site of Ostia Antica: 5 kms by bus. Seaside Ostia Lido: 5 kms by bus. Needless to say that all these sites are at easier reach by car.

Isola 33 is composed of the Sunflower room which has a double bed, the Poppies room which has a single bed these share a bathroom with tub.

The appartment is situated on the first floor and attic. No air conditioning - no lift - private heating. Main entrance is through a small garden with external stairs to the first floor - terrace - living room - hallway - kitchen - bathroom with tub - single and double bed rooom - Private area internal steps lead to the attic with private bathroom with shower.

Minimum stay: two nights

Animals: not permitted.

Smoking: Permitted only on the balcony and in garden.

Upon reservation a 30% advance bank transfer payment is required - NOT REFUNDABLE in case of cancellation. Remaining 70% must be balanced 2 weeks prior arrival date.

A cautional deposit of Euro 200 must be given cash upon arrival that will be returned upon departure if no damage has been done.

Ideal arrival time: from 1:00 p.m.

Departure time: by 12 noon

Summer time - usage of swimming pool for min 2 weeks and monthly stays ONLY no extra charge

Weekly Appartment rental: from 450,00 to 900,00
