In the case of "no show" or "late cancellations" the client will be charged with the "No Show charges" (one nights room rate) on his/her credit card number without any previous notice. So the clients are advised to communicate their cancellations to the hotel 72 hours before the date of arrival by fax(+39-06-483620) or email(telephonic cancellations are not considered valid).Any cancellations and changes of a hotel reservation must be notified to the Hotel in writing (Fax or email) and will take effect on the date and time this is received by the Hotel. Changes made in hotel reservation such as dates, property or length (if the number of nights is reduced or increased) of stay are considered as a cancellation of the previous booking and as a rebooking and are subject to the rates policies of the Hotel.

How to find us : We are located only 25 km away from Fiumicino Airport (Leonardo da Vinci). From the airport it will take only 30 minutes by taxi to reach the hotel. The normal daytime taxi fares are between 45.00 - 55.00 Euros(upto 2 passengers).
Or alternatively, you can take the Leonardo Express train from the Fiumicino airport which brings you directly to Termini Station. Costs more or less 12.00 Euro per person.
Once you arrive at the station, it is best to take the bus number 40 or 64 to Via Nazionale (recommended only when you have lots of luggage). Get off at the first or second busstop on Via Nazionale. Via Quattro Fontane 37 is just 10 meters from there. If you walk from the Termini Station it will take only 15 minutes to reach us, we are on Via Quattro Fontane, building number 37.
From Ciampino Airport it takes only 30 minutes (25 kms) by taxi to reach the hotel.The normal day taxi fares are between 45.00 - 55.00 Euros(upto 2 passengers).
