On the shore of Lake Bolsena – farmhouse with restaurant service you can spend your holiday in a pleasant and relaxing environment that offers an incredible variety of sight-seeing with cultural, gastronomic and wine-tasting excursions in the regions of Lazio, Umbria and Toscana.
Our Farm consists of kiwi, plum and olive orchards. One of these, which covers about 10 hectares (over 22 acres), is centered around an old stone farmhouse dating back to 1850 and its attached rural buildings. The complex has been restructured into eight one, two and three-room apartments able to accommodate from 2 to 7 people with a large grassy area in front for relaxing and playing. Each apartment have a well-equipped mini-kitchen and dining area, an elegantly appointed bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, and a porch covered with open chestnut beams and terra cotta tiles that offers another table and chairs for outdoor dining. The surrounding fields, which extend to the edge of the lake, are covered mostly by kiwi orchards. A 150-meter-long path cuts through the orchard and leads you directly to the quiet of the lake. There you will be welcomed by a stretch of lawn and beach equipped for bathing.
Restaurant service and Pizzeria available inside the dining room of the ancient hamlet, reserved only for the agriturist guests.

There is a two-night minimum and week-long stays are booked from Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in begins at 2 p.m. , with check-out at 10 a.m. on the day of departure. No problem for the check in because the owners live in farmhouse.
With a 48-hour notice you can send us a shopping list of what you would like to find in your apartment.

Where we are

	We are located just four km from the town of Bolsena, in the province of Viterbo, at Km 108,150 of provincial road SS 2 Cassia, roughly 100 km north of Rome and 100 km south of Siena. HOW TO GET HERE BY CAR: · From the north: take the A1 highway, exit at Orvieto and follow the directions for Bolsena. Arriving in the town of Bolsena take provincial road SS 2 Cassia in direction of Rome up to Km 108,150. From the exit of Orvieto you'll take 25 minutes. · From the south: take the A1 highway, exit at Orte, then the Orte-Viterbo road, exit at Siena/Lago di Bolsena, follow provincial road SS 2 Cassia up to Km 108,150 crossing the town of Montefiascone.
	· From ROMA FIUMICINO AIRPORT ( you should take 2 hour ) : take the Roma-Civitavecchia highway up the end and follow the indication SS Aurelia , direction of Grosseto , exit from SS Aurelia at Tarquinia and follow the indication of Tuscania ,then of Marta , Montefiascone until you enter provincial road SS 2 Cassia in the direction of Bolsena , up to km 108,150. · From ROMA CIAMPINO AIRPORT ( you should take 1 hour and 45 minutes ) : take the GRA ( Grande Raccordo Anulare ) direction of A1 highway Firenze , exit at Orvieto and follow the directions for Bolsena. Arriving in the town of Bolsena take provincial road SS 2 Cassia in direction of Rome up to Km 108,150.
	RAILWAY CONNECTIONS: Reach Viterbo, just 20 km away, using the regional line Rome - Viterbo. Reach Orvieto, just 25 km away, by Intercity and Eurostar trains from the most important Italian cities. Reach Montefiascone town, just 7 km away , by the regional line Roma Tiburtina Raylway station - Montefiascone
	There is a bus stop 200 meters from the farm on the Viterbo-Acquapendente line and then connections to Orvieto.
