We have at your disposal two rooms: one double room and one family room, with wide windows and private bathroom (only for the customers), equipped with bath and shower (another bathroom with hydromassage on demand).
In case of you were under stress we have a comfortable an insect-safe hammock under a centuries-old fir. If you are bike-lovers we have at disposal four mountain-bikes and three racing-bikes (we can give you a map and a guide for your excursions).

The farmhouse is situated in the heart of the antique township Podesteria di Carpena, door of access to the Vara Valley, very close to the Foce, from where you can see La Spezia and the Poets' Gulf which lies between Lerici and Portovenere. If you are a trekking fan... next to the farmhouse starts the trail number 1 which will lead you within a few minutes to the ridge of the Cinque Terre. If you prefer to discover the surroundings with a mean of transport, you can reach the town center without any problems by car. From here trains and ferry boats go towards the 5 Terre, Lerici and Portovenere. Or you can go towards the Vara Valley or the Lunigiana, visit Carrara's marble querries and the close mundane Versilia.
