- exit MANTOVA NORD: follow the sings for Mantova centre, cross Mottella, cross San Giorgio bridge, keep the right along the lake, turn left at the traffic-light, cross the Train Station, keep the right side at the 2 roundabouts, take the second left exit on the railway bridge (direction Parma, ss 420), go straight ahead for about 4 km, as soon as you cross the Eremo' sign (that you will find on your right) turn the first left (Via Mantegna) and then the 6th left; this is Via Francia and the b&b' street number is 11.
- exit MANTOVA SUD: follow the signs for Mantova, keep the main street (strada Romana) for about 10 km, cross the traffic-light following the signs for Cremona, keep the main street (strada Spolverina), at the roundabout turn left and follow the signs for Cremona/Parma, take the first exit to Sabbioneta/Parma, go ahead for about 1 km and as soon as you cross the Eremo’ sign (that you will find on your right) take the first left (Via Mantegna) and then the 6th left, this is Via Francia and the b&b’ street number is 11.

- from CREMONA: follow the road SS 10, near Mantova, cross the signs for Grazie, cross the big mall Gigante, at the roundabout turn right and follow the signs for Sabbioneta/Parma, take the first exit to Sabbioneta/Parma, go ahead for about 1 km and as soon as you cross the Eremo’ sign (that you will find on your right) take the first left (Via Mantegna) and then the 6th left, this is Via Francia and the b&b’ street number is 11.
- from PARMA: follow the road SS 420, cross the villages of Sabbioneta, Commessaggio, Gazzuolo, Montanara; after Montanara, as soon as you cross the Eremo’ sign (that you will find on your right), turn right (Via Mantegna) and then the 6th left, this is Via Francia and the b&b’ street number is 11.
