We suggest you to use “Ferrovie dello Stato” from Switzerland, train for Milan through Lugano/Chiasso (stop in Chiasso or Como)
From Milan, take the train to Como or Switzerland (stop in Como Central Station).
The Central Station is 15 minutes by foot to the Hotel or 5 minutes by taxi.
