Monreale is a comune located in the north of Sicily Island in province of Palermo and it offers a gorgeus overlooking on the valley of La Conca d'oro (the Golden Shell), famous for its orange and olive.

Fontana del Re in Monreale. Fontana del Re (King Fountain) is placed inside the Cloister of Monreale and it is so called because it is told that King William II came here to quench his thirst.
Fontana del Pozzillo in Monreale. Placed near the 16th century poet Antonio Venezianòs birth house, it is so called because it is similar to a little well.
