In Sestriere Borgata, the residence LTeit is located n a panoramic and sunny position at a side af the parish church and 200 m far from the slopes. It puts at your disposal four flats with independent entrance in a confortable and reserved surrounding. Each flat Is country style furnished, with a kitchen, crokery, linen, satellite TV, phone, hair dryer, safe and ski store.
The four flats are:
Two one- room flat, with 2- 3 beds;
One two- room flat, with 4 -5 beds;
One two- room flat, spacious, with 5-6 beds and a
terrace.

Sestriere Borgata is a strategic spot connecting all the winter stations of "Via Lattea" (Milky Way). It is a small mountain village completely refurbished, that links Sestriere, Sauze d'Oulx, Sansicario, Claviere and Monginevro allowing you, ski on your feet, go through about 400 Km. of slopes and ski lifts, which range from 1350 to 2800 m of altitude.
Sestriere Borgata is placed four kilometres from Sestriere mountain pass, and is the historical center of the resort: here arose the first ski grounds which later boosted the growth of the whole district area. It offers you the essential services to spend a good holiday, in touch with nature, and the greatest quiet that mountains can offer.
It offers also a very good Ski School, a ski lift for beginners, a ski renting and store service, a grocer's, a camping area, a self service, restaurants, pub, pizzeria and wide parking areas very near the slopes. For other services you can reach Sestriere town in five minutes drive or by shuttle.

Six kilometres far from Sestriere Borgata you can directly approach the "Pragelato Cross Country Skiing Center", in Plan locality, where the slope enters the Troncea Valley that is a route of great scenery value. This route runs in the heart of Natural Park of Troncea Valley, and is subjected to environment protection.

Twenty kilometres far from Sestriere Borgata you can make a charming excursion to the Fenestrelle Fortress, the biggest alpine stronghold in Europe. Placidly laid like a giant on the watershed of a mountain, it fills a surface of 1.350.000 mq and is covered by 4000 steps. It can, at the first cannon shots, transform itself into eight unreachable and self sufficient armed islands.
