The B&B, in 200sq meters (about 2200 sq feet) of space, offers large and comfortable rooms: three bedrooms, doubles and/or singles, full bathroom in each room, large breakfast room with an adjacent spacious sitting room where to relax and socialize. An ample terrace, entirely facing the sea offers astonishing views of the island of Caprera. All of the rooms have private AC/heating system and TV set. A laundry facility is also available for the guests. The interior décor reflects the Mediterranean style with special emphasis on the local Sardinian style, well known as “Artigianato Sardo”. Right across the street from Villa Olivia ample parking is available. Within walking distance, about 200 meters, there is a pear easily accessible for mooring. Amenities include also beach umbrellas and deck chairs.
Available upon request, the guests of Villa Olivia may enjoy various outdoor activities organized by our professional staff:
- Tours of the Archipelago’s islands and Corsica, by inflatable rubber boat (gommone) or by sailing boat
- Trekking on the island of Caprera to discover parts of nature still untouched
- Canoe rentals
More specialized activities such as sailing classes, scuba diving and horseback riding are also available through certified private businesses located in downtown La Maddalena.
