The production of Agriturismo Sa Tanca is rigorously of "biological" type and from always all the animals (sheep, pigs, rabbits and hens) grazes to the inside of a great coming from produced surface of territory I from the small farm comes prepares to you, cooked and second uses ancient traditional prescriptions of the Sardinian :
typical kitchen: Farcite verdure, appetizers salumi and sottolio. First fresh paste plates (cruguxionis of annealed and malloredus to the campidanese).
