Who of you do not know Sardinia (what a pity!), I will help you to recommend the most beautiful places in the zone, to house there are various books to disposition to choose the beaches and to know better the zone.
If I can give you an advise "come out of high season" to enjoy really Sardinia, but if you love the crowd and you look for the VIPs of the Costa Smeralda, the month of August goes very well.

The house is built on two levels with an ample garden and the sight balcony with view on the harbor of Olbia. Plain inferior it is composed from saloon with angle cooking, matrimonial bed room and private bathroom. Superior plan is composed from matrimonial bed room, private bathroom, open space with single bed, balcony with view on the harbor of Olbia.

The rates intend for one night and they include the first base breakfast of the, coffee, milk, coffee, bread, slices biscottate, butter, jam, nutella, honey, juices of fruit and yogurt, the breakfast is served in the living room.
A refrigerator is to disposition of the ospits.
For all the periods daily cleanings and change of the whole laundry are guaranteed every 3 days. The rooms are delivered after the hours 13.00 of the day of arrival and must be freed within the hours 10.00 of the day of the departure (or to arrange with the various demands).
Formality payment: Account - the booking will be approved only after the payment of the 30% of the total one

Via Monza, 2 - Olbia
We are a stonesthrow from the airport "Costa Smeralda" (it's possible to come afoot!) and two footsteps from the harbor of Olbia.
With 10 minutes of car we can reach the beaches nearest (Porto Istana - Pittulongu) and with 15 minutes we arrives to Porto Rotondo (North) - San Teodoro (South).
The house is situated in a residential zone on a road without exit, therefore it doesn't give us the traffic, in the proximity there are various shops (it yields vegetables, butchery, mini market, giornellaio, laundromat, bank, tobacconist, restaurant and Auchan).
And' an ideal place whether to spend a serene and pleasant vacation to few minutes from the fabulous and worldly beaches of the Costa Smeralda.
