Our house is in Capitana, 600 mt. from the sea in the road that from Cagliari goes to Villasimius.
Our house is an independent house with garden, we offer you 3 rooms with air conditioned and bathroom inside and a breakfast with cakes, jams and biscuits made home and biological and fair trade foods.
Our house is a semi-detached with veranda and garden. It’s developped in 3 floors:
in the ground floor you’ll found a living room with a fire place ( where you’ll have at disposal the hi- fi) and a double room with bathroom;
in the first floor a double room adaptable like triple and quadruple with bathroom inside and with balcony with view in the garden and a double room with bathroom inside and a private terrace;
a rustic basement where we live. All the rooms have hot/cold air conditioned.
The arrivals are expected from 14.00 pm, the departures by 11.00 a.m.
