The strategic location of the residence permits to visit Sicily Occ. Very easily (2km ss and 10Km Highway) from Palermo to Trapani, from Segesta to Selinunte, from Erice to Mothia etc.
The area of high interest Historical, Cultural, Natural and Artistic obviously with charming sea (see Zingaro Nature Reserve).Bilocali 2 / 4 beds (mq. 35 Ca + veranda) tastefully furnished and recently built (year 2002), have a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, bedroom with a double bed (possibility of separate beds), services with shower, veranda and livable with hydro pool. All located on the ground floor.
Availability is for the whole year of course the price is different in the second period.
For the summer period (15-31 July, August, 1-15 September) is exhaustive week from Saturday to Saturday, for the other months is very flexible (at least 2 days).
For those who spend the night 2 weeks discount of 10%.
