The B & B VilaOttavia overcome the parametric three stars. The newly built, is located on the upper floor of a villa in the nicest area of Noto.
The structure was designed to be a small and charming hotel, then it was decided to used as a B & B.
In our B & B you will find beautiful rooms all with private bathroom, tastefully decorated. Moreover, each room is air conditioned, with minibar soundproofed and TV. All rooms having a villa with balconies and verandas are overlooking our garden, where you can enjoy the ultimate in privacy, tranquility and comfort. The structure is equipped with a large hall of 70 sqm with seating to enjoy your relaxation, with PC connected to internet and kitchenette where you can grab a bite in the maximum relax. Also adjacent to the facility have a car that you can just park your car comfortably. As you can see we do not describe the beauty of the surrounding areas that will surely already know, but the beauty and comfort that our B & B offers one of the most beautiful, convenient and comfortable in the surrounding areas.
