B&B SOGGIORNO PEZZATI DANIELA
Our Family-owned inn B&B is located in historic building of 1500 in the center of Florence in the area San Lorenzo (of recent renew 2009), within 10 minute walking distance of the Santa Maria Novella train station(500 meters), Congress Palace (500 meters), Fortezza da Basso(600 meters) and the Piazza del Duomo(500 meters) and the most important museums and monuments.

Our rooms are confortable equipped with private bathroom (with shower); quiet and bright, our rooms also have mini-refrigerators, tv color, phon, safe, WI-FI, making facilities with kettle tea, coffee and cappuccino with food provided every day in the room for make your own breakfast, with heating in winter and air-conditioning in summer.

We can make a reservation for the museums or for tour in Florence or in other towns.

You can arrive in front our place with the car, but please follow the istruction in our page ' where we are'. You can park your car in front our place in a garage with suitable price, otherwise we have a turist ticket for parking your car in the blu line in the street in about 500 to 800 meters from here for 8 euro for 24 hrs and no paymant on Sunday and holiday.

We are present in the Soggiorno every day from 09:00 to 14:00 but if your arrival will be late... no problem we can make an appointment with us some days or the day before...There is no curfew as we will leave you with keys to the building so that you may come and go as you like. Managed by the owner Daniela and are assistant, the inn offers quiet and confortable accomodation.

	BY CAR : Exit from the motor way Florance Nord: Follow the indication to go to centre. From "Fortezza da Basso" , take the road "Viale Spartaco Lavagnini". when you find the first traffic lights turn on the right side to "V.Santa Caterina d'Alessandria" Then you pass 50 mts, turn left to "Via delle Ruote". Then come untill you find "Via Santa Reparata" and turn on the right, when you find " Via XXVII Aprile" turn to right side and pass 50mts the first street on the left is " Via San Zanobi". Then 100 mts you will find on the right N°22 "Soggiorno Pezzati". Exit from the motor way Florence South: Follow the indication to go to centre, and then find the way to " Piazza della Libertà", and the other side of the piazza you will find "Via Lorenzo il Magnifico enter here, at the first traffic lights turn left in Via Poliziano and go direct cross the trafic light and one big street and go to "Via Santa Caterina D'Alessandria" Then you pass 50 mts, turn left to "Via delle Ruote". Then come untill you find "Via Santa Reparata" and turn on the right, go way, when you find " Via XXVII Aprile" turn to right side and pass 50mts the first street on the left is " Via San Zanobi". Then 100 mts you will find on the right N°22 "Soggiorno Pezzati". 	By PLANE: Take the shuttle bus in front of the "DEPRARTURES". It will take you to the central train station. You can buy tickets on the bus or at the bar of the airport and than follows the direction from the train station. BUS (city lines) Ataf-Sita "Vola in Bus" service 66 frequencies a day link the airport to the city centre. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the bus station situated in front of the central railway station (S.M. Novella). Departures from airport: every 30 min from 6.00 am to 8.30 pm, after every hour till 11.30 pm Departures from city center: every 30 min from 5.30 am to 8.00 pm, after every hour till 11.00 pm. 	BY TRAIN: We are located abot 500 meters. From the station of the centre "Santa Maria Novella" to reach our structure easy to come by walking within 10 minuts. When you come out from the station, from your left side, find the street call "Via Nazionale", also to make sure, from the first traffic light turn in to the right side to "Via Guelfa" then from the left side first street "Via San Zanobi". for 50 mts go direct, and on the right you will find N° 22 "Soggiorno Pezzati".
