Our first-rate Residence “Le Corniole” is located in the heart of town, close to the railway station and just a short walk from the City centre. Our first-class Residence “Le Corniole” offers every comfort to all those guests who wish to spend their holidays or just a short stay in Arezzo and its beautiful surroundings.
Our Residential Complex is made up of 9 independent apartments - 6 two-roomed flats which can host up to 4 people and 3 one-roomed flats for up to 3 people – and is equipped with private car park. All our apartments are equipped with a living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower or bath tube, Internet Access, in-room telephone, sat TV, CD/DVD/MP3 player, air-conditioner, independent heating, complete kitchen equipment and wide balconies.

Only our checked in guests may stay in our flat.

Pay Additional Services
Our guests may enjoy the following additional services:
- Breakfast: from 9.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m
- Lunch: from 1.00 p.m to 2.30 p.m.
- Dinner: from 7.30 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.
In case our Guests are interested in enjoining our breakfast service, they are kindly requested to inform the staff the previous day.
Check in and Check out
It is advisable to arrive from 9,00 a.m. to 12,00 a.m. and from 3,00 p.m. to 6,00 p.m.
In case you need out of hours check in services you are kindly requested to inform the staff.
The day of your departure you are kindly requested to leave the apartment within 12,00 (noon).
Payment
You are allowed to pay both cash and with credit card. We do not accept American Express.
Deposit: you are requested to pay the 30% of the total amount on account within 15 daysbefore arrival - in confirmation of your reservation – by bank transfer or postal order and to send us a copy of the payment by fax.
Balance: to be paid at the check in.
Earnest: € 50,00 to give at the check in as a guarantee on possibile damages caused to the apartment, that will be given back the day of the departure after the final check.

How to get to our Complex:
By car: from Highway A1, toll gate Arezzo, follow the directions to the City Centre and then to theRailway Station until you go through the underpass at the end ofVia Vittorio Veneto.After it you’ll find a traffic lights: turn right and drive on along Viale Michelangelo about 500 mt. The gate of the Complex is on your right.
By train: Reach the Main Entrance of the Railway station of Arezzo, which overlooks Piazza della Repubblica, turn right and go straight on down Viale Michelangelo about 700 mt. The gate of the Complex is on your right.
