Pink House welcome his guest in the heart of Viareggio: 300 mt. from the beach, the sea and the promenade (one of the most beautiful of Europe), 100 mt from the green pinewood and 50 mt from shopping centre, the railstation is only 400 mt far.
Indipendent apartment, situated at fisrt and last floor of typical “viareggina” house, completely renovated and well furnished, it is made up of indipendent entrance with staircase, living-dining room with kitchenette (eletric oven and fridge), double bedroom, twin bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower, colour TV. It can accommodate 4 persons.
Brighty and airy, it offers a pleasant stay, its strategical position give the possibility to reach everything by foot: the beach, the relaxing pinewoods, the shops and restaurants.
It is situated in one of the most quiet street of the town, You will enjoy silence especially during the night and in the morning.
Viareggio is an ideal place to have a sea-holiday but also to visit many interesting place in Tuscany, such as Lucca (20 km), Pisa (18 km), Florence (80 km), Cinque Terre (60 km), Pietrasanta (10 km), Apuan Alps (15 km).
During January/February it take place the famous CARNEVALE DI VIAREGGIO, that every year enjoy everybody with its colours, musics, lights and happyness, all along the promenade (reachable by foot).
