3 Star Hotel fully renovated in 2007, situated in a particularly quiet residential area of San Vincenzo, just a pleasant walk far from the city centre. Large sandy private beach just 20mt far from the hotel, with beach umbrellas and deckchairs, lifeguard service, light animation for adults and children (different games, dinners in the garden, magic shows, baby dance,..). We have a small swimming pool too, ideal for children but with water massages and geiser good for adults too.
We have 45 rooms: 15 are called panoramic because they have a panoramic view and some extra accessories (mini-bar, TV LCD,..). Furthermore for the panoramic rooms lunch and dinner are served in the panoramic restaurant called “Quarto Cielo” (the Fourth Heaven). All the rooms have a balcony and are equipped with: air conditioning, internet WI-FI, TV SAT, telephone, safe and hairdryer. For the families we suggest interconnecting rooms and/or family rooms, depending on the availability and the composition of the families.
We have two bars: one is located next to the swimming pool and one at the fourth floor where we are used to serve our welcoming drinks. We organize live music events according to the week programme. We do not accept animals.
RESTAURANT
It is set 19mt high with a wonderful panoramic sea view, it is opened for 10 months a year. Our cuisine is healthy, we have a 20 year-experienced chef who cooks typical local and international dishes. Our guests have always a choice between four starters and three second courses with meat and fish both for lunch and dinner. For children there is the possibility to have a different menu served half an hour before the menu for adults (optional choice).
