The four places flat is situated at the first floor, in a colourful street in the historic center at just 200 mt away from the railway station of Santa maria Novella and just 500 mt away from the Cathedral. The landlady offers to her guests two double rooms, confortable and traditionally furnished. The bathroom with shover is to be shared. A balcony for smoking (indoor is forbidden) is present. Breakfast is not included, but the kitchen is available. Fernanda puts to disposition the kitchen with bollitor, tea, coffee, etc... and in living-room a wide variety of books for relax yourself. For numerous families or a group of friends in living-room is others 2 places read. Near the flat there is a paying car parking (20 euro's a day) and a lot of restaurants, bank, money changer, storees, cinema, disco, hairdressing salon, farmacy, bus stop, public transport for the environs.
