L'Acacia is located in an historical 15th Century palace “Palazzo Pepi”, right next to the Basilica of Santa Croce in the very old centre of town, 5 minutes walking from the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi.
"L' Acacia" takes its name from the Rubinia tree, age-old and truly unique, which grew spontaneously and came to provide shade for the terrace on the second floor: even if only to be seen by the world’s travellers!
On the second and top floor of the building, in a wing that has just been renovated and is connected to the main house, but is completely independent, the following is available for your use:2 well-lit and spacious double rooms, with TV, double windows, WiFi connection and every comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Private bathroom with big lighted shower are down the corridor.
In the living area, the following is also available: books, magazines, satellite TV, WiFi internet connection and a quiet corner for a game of chess or cards, classical or lounge music in the background which will raise your spirits as you sip a cup of tea on the couch, or an aperitif while you wait to go to dinner.
