The apartment is located in the ancient quarter of Florence called St. Maria in Ricorboli, just outside the ancient Walls (only 20 minutes on foot from the city centre), at the fourth floor of a modern building provided with lift, in a quiet and pleasant area.
The flat is bright and panoramic and composed by a comfortable double bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a wide store-room and a long panoramic terrace with table and chairs to have relax with a nice view of the river Arno, Fiesole hills and in the distance the most imposing monuments of the city centre.
A private parking area is available at the ground floor if requested (parking included).
The apartment has been just restored (July 2006) and provided with refined and modern furniture, air conditioned, heating, colour TV, radio, fridge/freezer, microwave-oven, toaster, pottery, iron.

Just 2 minutes away from the river Arno and, with a wonderful promenade along the river, it is possible to join the ancient Tower of St. Niccolò in just 10 minutes or the famous Ponte Vecchio in 20-25 minutes.
Anyway it is possible to join the city centre in only 7-8 minutes by bus (no. 23 just around the corner).
Very close to Piazzale Michelangelo or Albereta Park to enjoy nice panoramic walks.
The apartment is about 5 Km far away from Fiesole and 3 Km from the motorway (A1) – exit “Firenze Sud” and from the beginning of the old way that leads to Siena across the Chianti area.
Moreover in just 15 minutes it is possible to join the main railway station “Firenze Santa Maria Novella” where many bus or railway connections are available to make daily trips to many beautiful towns such as Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Roma, Bologna, Venezia.
Perfect for a single or a two-persons holiday.
A transfer service from/to the Airport of Florence or to the railway city stations can be organized if requested.
Animals are not admitted.
Special rates can be offered for periods over one week of continuous staying.
