On the floor above there are the bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms are double rooms while one is twin room. On request it's possible to add another bed (maximum 7 beds); all the floor is cover with parquet.
On the foreground there are the kitchen the other bathroom and the living room. The masonry kitchen is equipped with refrigerating, oven hotplate, dishwasher, cutlery, pots, dishes and glasses.
The living room is spacious and with refined furniture; it is composed of a table, a sofa, TV and there is a fireplace where you can enjoy the fobulous steaks "fiorentine" from neighbouring breeding.
Two sumptuouses bathrooms; one with a shower and one with jacuzzi and double washbasin.
In the apartment there is also a washing machine and Central Heating.
From the apartment there are a series of views towards the hills of Chiana Valley (Val di Chiana) and Chianti. Within easy driving distance there are many places to visit: Asciano and its monuments and buildings, Rapolano and its old travertine quarries; Castelmuzio with the marvellous Romanesque parish church of Santo Stefano; the monastery of S. Anna in Camprena and the fabulous frescoes by Sodoma and not too far the abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore, Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Cortona, Siena, Arezzo, San Gimignano, Assisi and Perugia.

Leave the motorway Milan-Rome (A1) at the toll gate of VALDICHIANA ( Bettolle). Follow the indication for Siena (arterial road Siena-Bettolle). After about five Kilometres leave the arterial road and follow the sign for Sinalunga; after one kilometre you will go through the railway underpass. Turn on the right and after two Kilometres will find the notice for Scrofiano (it is on the left). Next to 1.5KM. there is the medieval door for entering in SCROFIANO.
