Residence Casa italia: Two old farm houses sorrounded by 50.000 sm land with olive trees, vineyards and woods and situated on the Montalbano’s hills: from this exclusive residence there is then a fine view over the valley. From nearly every place in the garden and from all apartments and balconies people can admire the beautiful and wide-ranging Tuscan scenery. Big apartments with 1-3 rooms for 2-7 persons in the rustic Tuscan style, with all convenices: thermal window, with shutter; terracotta floors; ceilings with the beams showing; very cosy interior decoration with rustic tiles and knock-down furniture (dish washer included); modern bathrooms with big wash-basins, showers and bidet.
Each apartment has an own entrance from the garden or an own balcony with sunshade, table and chairs. Central heating adjustable directly from the apartments; hot water; telephone; Tv and satellite.

Facilities: Included are also following facilities: tennis court; ping-pong; bowl; swimming pool (open from april to october) with hydromassage; parking. In the residence there is then a small bar, where people can have breakfast or buy foodstuffs (bread, croissants etc.) in the morning.

The residence is situated in the hill country, in a very quiet area and it is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden immersed among olive-trees, vineyards and thousands of plants (aromatical, flower-bushes which trow shade in the summer months).
In each point of the residence guests can enjoy a unique panoramic view of the beautiful Tuscan landscape.
In the residence there are: heated swimming pool 7m x 15m, whirlpool, tennis court, boccia, table-tennis, children area, relaxing places, a panoramic view-terrace where guest can find barbecue and an oven for pizza.
The residence is composed by 12 big apartments in 2 restored cottages (all apartments have got their own entrance from the garden and terrace). The apartments are furnished in Tuscan style, and each of them has got a panoramic view on the valley.
In the reception you will find our staff (English-, French-, German-, Russian speaking) who will take good care of your needs, so that your sojourn is to be unforgettable.
In the environs there are many paths for walking, museums, as many structures for sports.

1-room-apartment: it is composed of a indipendent terrace, 1 bedroom – living room (about 30 sm) till 2 people on the first floor, kitchen area, bathroom.

2-rooms-apartments: about 50-60sm on the groundfloor and first floor, indipendet terrace, living-room with couch bed, stone kitchen in “cotto veneto”, in Tuscan rustic style, with all electric household appliances included; double bedroom, ante-room and bathroom with shower, till 4-5 people.

Apartments with top-floor: situated on the groundfloor, with independent terrace, about 60sm, composed by kitchen (as mentioned above), liveng-room with couch bed, bathroom with shower, wooden stair and on the mezzanine floor, a wonderful double bedroom and a little bedroom. Till 5 people.

3-rooms-apartments: situated on the first floor, independent terrace, wide living-room with kitchen (as mentioned above), ante-room, 2 double bedrooms, wide bathroom with shower. Till 6 people.

Each apartment is furnished with sat-TV, stereophonic system, independent phone with direct dialling, independent heating.

Our neighbourhood: Our residence in only 3 km far from Vinci, the town where Leonardo was born. In Vinci people can visit the “Museo Leonardiano” and the birth house of Leonardo himself. It is then possible to visit a lot of small Tuscan villages and important old churches, such as the “Pieve di S. Ansano”. Our residence isn’t then too far from the most famous Tuscan towns: Montecatini Terme; Firenze; Pisa; Siena; San Gimignano; Pistoia and Lucca.

Lamporecchio is a little town without mass tourism. Thus it has got all services, restaurants, supermarket, sport center (golf), banks, medical center etc. The fluent silver foliage of the olive-trees and the warm chromatic range of the vineyards, which lie on the hill-terraces and on the level ground, make up the most typical and representative colours of a landscape and an environment which are still mostly surrounded by the green of the hills of Montalbano, with its medieval villages, the towers, the suggestive churches on its slopes.
Very near to Lamporecchio there is Vinci, place of birth of the famous Leonardo da Vinci, quaint, ancient medieval village which preserves the precious inventions of the famous genius. In Vinci the “museo Leonardiano” can be found, always open.

Where we are

	From Casa Italia almost every famous destinations of Tuscany, such as Pisa, Siena, san ginignano, Lucca and the Mediterranean middle coast can be reached in less than an hour. Motorway A11 Firenze-Pisa nord; exit Montecatini; then follow the directional signs for Lamporecchio; when in Lamporecchio at the traffic lights turn left (S.Baronto); in San Baronto turn right and follow the directional signs for Porciano and Vinci; after Porciano, on the right, there is Via Lampaggio. OR: Motorway Firenze-Roma: exit Firenze-Scandicci; then continue on the clearway Firenze-Pisa-Livorno (FI-PI-LI); exit Empoli; then follow the directional signs for Vinci; in Vinci continue following the directional signs for S.Baronto (at the traffic lights straight ahead) ; after 7 km, after finding the sign for Porciano, turn left in Via Lampaggio.
