As guests of the welcoming 4-6 people apartments, you will be able to visit the art towns and the handicraft villages, relax into the swimming pool or take up your favourite sport, sunk into nature, or go looking for gourmet food and ancient flavours. People who come to the Farmhouse are not treated as real tourists, but as pleasant “guests”, as the most genuine “tuderte” farming tradition requires. The country house has been built complying with the strict laws governing Umbrian architecture. It has an open-air pool and is divided into five independent apartments, ensuring ultimate relaxation and privacy. The apartments are well equipped, offering all the comforts and quality fundamental for a pleasant stay: homely and cosy furniture, TV, kitchen with all mod-cons and independent central heating. A stay in the Casale gives you several opportunities to spend your free time. You will be able to relax and sunbathe in the veranda or along the swimming pool, read a good book in the freshness of the porch, play in the meadow with your children, have a refreshing bath in the swimming pool. Besides you will be able to take up your favourite sport in the equipped structures that can be found near the Casale (a riding-ground is 3 km far), or visit the environs.The Casale Ulivi is located in a farm, managed by the family, with 20 hectares of broadleaf woods, wheat and sunflower fields, vineyards and olive groves, together with cattle-, sheep-, goat-, farmyard animal- and game-breeding.

This gives our guests the possibility to reach the main art towns, such as Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Orvieto and others in a short time.

Exquisite olive oil, among Italy's best, excellent red wines such as the Rosso Sagrantino of Montefalco, truffles, capocollo, spicy hams from Norcia, Easter pizza, Torta al testo (a kind of pizza)… We could go on, but actually we would just like you to savour these specialities yourself in the place of their origin, be it in mediaeval villages, around the green hills, by peaceful Lake Trasimeno or by the Marmore Falls.
