It is an ideal point from which to explore Umbrias art and history, towns and villages, hills and valleys.

BY CAR:
Arriving from south:
- A1 Florence-Rome motorway (called the "Autostrada del Sole") take the Orte exit and continue on the E45 highway (Orte-Cesena), follow the indications for Perugia. Take Montebello exit.
Arriving from the north:
- From the A1 Florence-Rome motorway (called the "Autostrada del Sole") take the Valdichiana exit and continue on the E45 highway (Bettolle -Perugia), follow the indications for Perugia. Go beyond Perugia, follow the indications Terni-Rome. Take the "Montebello" exit
- From the highway E 45 (Cesena-Orte), for first follow the indications for Perugia and then the indications for Terni-Rome. Take the "Montebello" exit.
E 45: arriving from the south (Rome), come off the highway at the Montebello
exit and turn right. Soon after, you come to the first crossing; turn left.
After 100 metres there is a roundabout: turn right. Continue straight
on for about 1 km. At the small roundabout with a light in the centre of
it, turn left into the road with the "no through road" sign. The second
gate on the left is ours.
E 45: arriving from the north (Florence or Cesena) towards Rome: come off the highway
at the Montebello exit and turn right, go under the bridge and immediately
after you will come to the first crossing: turn left.
After 100 metres there is a roundabout: turn right. Continue straight
on for about 1 km. At the small roundabout with a light in the centre of
it, turn left into the road with the "no through road" sign. The second
gate on the left is ours.
