L'Ospite Apartments is open all year long for one-night, weekly or monthly stays. It has six elegant furnished self-catering and two-room apartments that are sunny and spacious. All apartments have beamed ceilings.
A perfect place to stay for vacation, study or work.

Prices include taxes and utilities (water, electricity, heating, air conditioning).

Special Tariffs
Children under the age of 3 stay free; cots are available upon request.
Families are welcome and receive special tariffs.
During the months of June, July and August when industrial exhibitions are being held in Verona, prices may vary.
Special tariffs are also applied for stays longer than one month.



Linen Service
For weekly and monthly stays, rooms are cleaned once weekly and provided with a change of bed linens once a week. For each extra bed linen changes (upon request), the cost is 7.00 euros.

Laundromats
Coin-operated laundromats and dry cleaners are located very close to the Apartments.
Laundry service may be requested at a cost of 5 euros.

Personalized Service
L'Ospite Apartments offers its clients a welcoming atmosphere in a cosy environment. Federica De Rossi, the owner, is always available to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Accessibility
The apartments are located on three floors and there is no elevator service. Therefore the apartments are not accessible to wheelchairs.

Where we are

	By car: take Verona SUD highway exit. Follow signs for "Centro Storico - Piazza Brà". Pass through the arches of Piazza Brà and turn right following through to the bridge "Ponte Aleardi". After passing over the bridge turn left and follow through to Lungadige Porta Vittoria, turning right at the traffic lights onto Via S. Paolo. Follow straight for about 200 metres to the beginning of Via XX Settembre, no. 3 finding L'Ospite Apartments Verona.
	By Air: Verona's Valerio Catullo Airport is located about 10km from downtown Verona and is linked by a shuttle bus service (blue buses) to Verona Porta Nuova Train Station. Buses leave for both ways every 20 minutes.
	By Train: Verona Porta Nuova Train Station, take the following (orange-coloured) buses: Weekdays and Saturdays: routes no. 11 - 12 - 13 - 51 Sundays and Holidays: routes no. 91 - 92 - 98 Get off at the first stop in Via XX Settembre in front of Church of S. Paolo Church. Bus tickets must be purchased before getting on bus at tobacco shops or newspaper stands.
