The 90 sq. mt. flat is placed on the fourth top floor in an old building of the ancient Piazza dei Signori (Gentlemen Square).
This square has a Clock Tower like St. Marks in Venice. In fact it was built during the Venetian rule in 15C. The big windows of the flat afford wonderful views over the old town. The plenty of light, the warm colours of the furniture and the silence inside and outside produce a comfortable feeling. The flat is well heated in the cold season and air conditioned in Summer time.
Hot water is instant and plentiful.
The B&B guests area is a 35 sq.mt. open space and it consits of a double bed room (like a big alcova) opening on a private sitting room with three single beds available.
There is also a cosy privat sunroom with view over the cathedral and S.Antony cupolas, equipped with mini bar, microwave oven, tea and coffee making facilities with small washbasin and every thing you need for breakfast encluded. On the upper floor there is a 200 sq.mt. large roof terrace with a 360° panoramic view, there is a table with chairs where its possible to have breakfast, private simple lunches or dinners or to spend some nice time during the good season.
The main bathroom, with shower or tub, is only for guests use. Breakfast includes: milk, coffee, tea or chocolate, croissant, toasted bread slices, jam, butter, yogurt and juice
