The apartment (Cą Leon d' Oro) is made up of three spacious rooms: a complete kitchenette, a small room with a sofa lounge, and one double bedroom, there is also a bathroom (with shower). Moreover there is a small terrace which has a pleasant view over the rooves of Venice. It is possible to sleep 4 people(two of which on the double sofa bed), but another collapsible bed can be supplied. The furniture is comfortable and functional, and the building has recently been restored. We supply linen and crockery, and the apartment has a cleaning service. Laundry facilities available. Animals are welcome. From the well lit windows of the apartment, you can see an ancient campiello and a wonderful canal often a path for gondolas.
The position is central, the apartment is situated in San Giacomo dellOrio, one of the most antique and evocative of the Campi of Venice. The church in the campo is a true artistic jewel. In a few minutes it is possible to reach the museum of Cą Pesaro (3 min), Campo San Polo, Campo dei Frari (3 min), the Scuole Grandi di San Giovanni e San Rocco, where interesting evening concerts are held and the characteristic rio Marin (2 min), while an pleasant walk of approximately ten minutes takes you to Rialto. The area has typical wine cellars, restaurants and interesting stores, in which it is possible to acquire classic souvenirs and also handicraft objects. To arrive from the Railway station is simple, only one stop on the vaporetto (to "San Stae"), or five minutes on foot, while it is only two minutes from Piazzale Roma.
