Villa Andreis is situated in north Italy, on the shores of magic Lake Garda.

You may reach, in less than 2 hours, the cities of Venice, Florence, Milan, Bergamo, Vicenza, Padua, Modena, Bologna, Bolzano.

Villa Andreis is situated in the wonderful and magic village of Malcesine, on Lake Garda.

The background is a relaxing but dynamic setting: the Lake view is surronded by high peak covered by snow, this allow a mild mood on summer (26-32 °C) as on winter (5-18 °C).

We want to invite you to spend your holiday in our Hotel Garnì Villa Nadia situated in a nice olive-tree garden nearby the center of Malcesine and not far away from the Lake Garda beach.

We are 400 mt close to the new cableway that will carry you on the top of the Monte Baldo for nice excursions and mountain bike tours.

Recently redecorated our hotel has 8 rooms (7 double rooms and 1 single room) with bath/shower, telephone, safe, minibar, and central heating. Some rooms have an own balcony or terrace.

Furthermore, there is a lounge with SAT-TV and a wide breakfast room. In good weather you can have breakfast in our charming garden. We have enough parking places and for motorbikes and bikes you can use our garage.

Where we are

	Villa Andreis is situated in the north of Lake Garda. You may reach us coming from North, follow the highway "Autostrada A22 del Brennero" to "ROVERETO SUD - LAGO DI GARDA NORD" exit. Than follow the signs to MALCESINE. When you will arrive to Malcesine town centre, turn left toward Cableway departure station. Villa Nadia is about 500 meters after the Cableway station. If you come from South, follow the highway "Autostrada A22 del Brennero" to "AFFI - LAGO DI GARDA SUD" exit. Than follow the signs to GARDA, TORRI DEL BENACO, MALCESINE. When you will arrive to Malcesine town centre, turn right toward Cableway departure station. Villa Nadia is about 500 meters after the Cableway station.
