The area, covering some hectares, which are mostly dedicated to Natural Parkland, includes around 8 Km of perfect coastline that is not merely lapped but blessed by the sea.

Thanks to this perfect geographical position, it is easily reached in a maximum of 1 hour and 30 minutes drive from other famous places such as Olbia, Alghero and Porto Torres.

The whole Paradise Coast (Costa Paradiso) area is administred by an important and independent controlling body known as La Comunità, wich carefully oversees development within the area through its Statute and with the aid of an attentive Technical and Artistic Board that has the task of assessing plans submitted for possible new development areas and above all, of safeguarding residents and members, with an in-house security service for constant surveillance, day and night.
